     If  Then
    You are a Kodak Alaris user of ServiceMax Knowledge Return to the ServiceMax Knowledge window, and click the Knowledge tab.
     

    You are a Kodak user of:

    • Services Knowledge Vault (SKV)
    • My Kodak Services (MKS)
    • Partner Place
    Log in to your portal again.
    (If you are currently logged in, you may need to log out first.)

  2. Return to and click the original link to access the file.
